This is the Control Panel. Rather than having to memorise what keys are assigned to what control, get this control panel. This has labels on the switches making it easier for you to control the plane. Includes a knob for the landing gear, switches for all lights, battery, engine start/shutdown.

You can also screw the control panel to the yoke system.
